Starting point of my research. Scenario approach, we are a vivid organism. What does community mean? Different outcomes of this reality regarding different fields such as fashion, objects, environment, time and space.
"Neoliberalism demands us fast term solutions, quick results and repetition of old already establish cultural forms.
Because of our condition, it seams as we are no longer capable to imagine or rebuilt the future, that we have unlearn the creation of the future, to imagine or predict something that feel other worldly. The future has been cancel. The hauntologic aspect of these is that try to relive or recap through the disappearing thoughts of the future, we return to the past, trying to rediscover how the future was imagine back then.
A structure that cannot decay, is a structure that cannot provide space for new structures. The result is outdated and unchanging, a world stuck on time. The total crisis situation has been used to implement repressive rules from the power spheres and so, to legitimate politics that gives no chance to change, deny of alternatives.
Post truth era, in which truth is not any more understood as an agreement between people, but as an effect of social impact. So the truth is, from now on, what it has more repercussion on masses. Importance of numeration on neoliberalism, so if you can count, rationally analyze the effect of something on people and then reproduce it by algorithms, you are in power. "
Measurement of the inmaterial as intrinsic neo liberalism characteristic… TIME.. PRODUCTION… CONSUM.. POST-TRUTH
Hauntology and deny of future. We were here before time, now we are running after time.
Recording Joana (fieldwork): repetition as a technique to express routine, agony, habit...
We live a continuity, you always need to be ready, she feels the rush to be always there, on time, immaculate, productive …. She hates the object sofa, it takes her think of leisure and the lost of time. Why does she associates leisure with lost of time? What is leisure nowadays? CONSUM, all leisure it’s been appropriated by neo liberalism and there’s no real time/space for free leisure. We always holding the system.

Spectral time: those cracks that open opportunities from disturbing …. labour, leisure, fashion, behavior, house design…”the moment our heart skips the beat”
Failure: abnegate that the only posible future is the present we know

We all occupy landscapes
characteristics of neoliberalism: measurement, market driven, precarity …
“the foundation vanishes for citizenship concerned with public things and the common good, […] as homoeconomicus also eliminates the very idea of people. Neoliberalism based on measurement, measurement of the demos, social impact, big data bases due to create by repetition patterns of behavior, consume, relation, … those softly modify the immaterial, arising an economy of the experience as a result of those tracking.
UNSETTLING THE DEMOS (demos= the common, normalized…)
Hauntology, Derrida, the way in which never encounter things as fully present, fully there, in all our experiences, our present is mixed up with the past and the future. That present is all related to what is absence. That we can only make sense in the present connecting this through the past and trying to prevent the future.
Experiences, present, past are mixed with its opposite, even hold by it. We, things, thoughts… are always HAUNTED, by that that no longer exists and by that which is not existing yet. Or experiences ghostly, as it can be absence, yet real.
REAL, YET ABSENT

Fiction as an escape to mock the repressive new rules, fictive institutions in which you can 2say everything2, as a neutralized gun. Work from the dispossession, disempower, spectral, a place/time to arise, revel, resistance.
Example, in fairytales there’s no willing to doubt between real and illusion, not a reality testing.
“The shadow of many is, but, a shadow”
Welcome the uncomfortable
IMAGINATION, drafts possibilities from the warehouse of our memory. Through putting together fragments of memory it projects possible new situations.
Politics of the night, take the informal to day light. Night make us fear and curios so we rely on our weaker senses to act. Disturbing light.

Importance of the self submission, due to use that empowered position to disturb.
Pascal Gazen, touch, vivid memory from taking care of her garment, which she didn’t really like so she bleach it, then making it very fragile, and later loving to wear it, so then a lot of reparation it’s been needed. Another dimension of relation from there, reparation, cure, care, touch, offer her new memories.
Body and social are inseparable.
Gregory Lennon: “the rest found on someone telling you what to do and not having to decide yourself”
“we are affecting the world continuously, even we meant it or not, and our mindset is in continuous relation with others.”
AnnaMaria Pinaka “self exposition, discomfort zone, use it to break up patterns which are usually very hard to break. Way of dress as a tool to be desired by others I want to wear like you means I want to be desired by you. “Dirtyness” in her way as a way to explore and to describe a space where one feels you are doing something wrong, nasty, and empower that position as a possibility to grown differently.
We learn how to measure others intentions and views of your own body
Pascale Gatzen : fashion is a natural expression, then when we design we try to create a feeling as a wearer, could be distance, vulnerability… to relate more to others
How is the relation between self expression and image, she didn’t used a mirror for a long time, so her appearance was a fully outcome of expression, but at the point we study our reflect on the mirror, we are projecting an image. and so, we start questioning… how do we create our image? we judge it, value it, like it or dislike it, and all of it continuously related to others. “everyone looks different and that’s where te uniqueness appears for all of us”
Compassive world
Alternatives of capitalism industry, how to scape the tension between neoliberalism and our own body. Trying to make a freer education. We are conditioning fear base, we are conditions in the system ad viceversa, those conditioning go among all our lives long, we never feel good enough
How can we response with love and compassion and not from fear and competence.
If I can’t dace I don’t won’t to be part of your revolution, Radio Emma, CARE
How can we rebuilt relations of care? When in neoliberalism scenario care has been removed or capitalized? Through the commercialization of the immaterial, care is been transformed into a good, monetized and consequently, precarious.
Nell Donkers, care for her is caring as you do so of your family, involves touch and its sensory memory of every touch. “I like the traces” what’s being the scenes, how the labour process make it happen looks like a choreography to her. We should take care of ourselves, and so, the others, so keep on with the love. Once she was told that solidarity was old-fashion, cana value be old fashion? yes and no, for her solidarity feels so normal, part of her everyday.
Marjan Sax, she doesn’t feel comfortable using care to her practice, due to the appropriation by the system, it feels there’s a hierarchy between who’s taking care of a who’s been taking care. So in her activism and work with refugees, she prefers to uses a more equal relation person to person, compromise.
